What You Will Be Doing
As the Division President, you will be responsible for the creation and implementation of strategies for successful construction operations. You will be working with the Purchasing team to ensure we are getting the best deals on materials while still delivering quality products. You will be overseeing budgeting, scheduling, and personnel decisions. Lastly, you will be responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
What You Need for this Position
The ideal candidate needs to have a minimum of 10 years of College experience in the Construction industry. Additional qualifications include residential, single family homes, production homes, start up, low end housing, purchasing, and operational construction operations experience. Management experience is also highly preferred.
