A Healthy Work Life Balance Is Essential
  • Off holidays and weekends
  • Shifts vary Monday through Thursday 6:00am - 2:00pm or 11:00am - 7:00pm
  • Fridays 6:00am - 2:00pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm
You Qualify For This Exciting Opportunity With
  • Current First Aid/CPR/AED certifications from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association with in-person CPR/AED component
  • Minimum 2 years experience working in a professional fitness/wellness facility
  • ACSM, ACE, NSCA, NASM or AFAA certification or ability to obtain within first year of employment

A day in the life of a Corporate Fitness Works Team Leader:
  • Contribute to ongoing client communication including; reports and meetings
  • Assist in hiring, training, and development of onsite staff
  • Administer fitness assessments; provide results counseling
  • Assist with developing and implementing creative incentive and health promotion programs
  • Participate in membership enrollment procedures
  • Teach new and innovative group exercise classes
  • Assist members with reaching their personal training goals
  • Assist in developing annual program plans to ensure ongoing member engagement
  • Participate in and gain exposure to a wide variety of fitness center operations
  • Develop safe and effective exercise programs; provide general supervision
  • Interact with client and members; establish mutually beneficial relationships
  • Support ongoing budget management efforts
