Program Manager Jobs

-Calling all:Program Managers (DoD Acquisitions & Cyber)-

We seek multiple Program Managers with at least 3 years of experience within Government & DoD Acquisitions + a true understanding of how documentation is vital to the Government's acquisition process. Understanding key Acquisition artifacts is vital to the success of this role. This role isn't fully focused on only technical, or hands-on-keyboard, but more on evaluating, validating, and creating documentation to prepare and establish policy or acquisitions for the US Government. Furthermore, you'll be looked at as a subject matter expert in managing complex programs and projects, assisting GS Program Managers with briefs, orals evaluations, acquisitions, source selections, etc... Technical prowess and background are essential as you'll be looked at as the "expert" and contribute as part of a team. The pace of this work is fast-moving, engaging, and rewarding, as an end-product is generally produced, thus finding satisfaction is seeing your work be produced into an end result.

Please ensure you meet the requirements listed below, otherwise, you will be considered:

1. ACTIVE Secret (S) or Top Secret (TS) SCI Clearance is required. Clearance holders that have been read off within the last 12-24 months may apply.

3. Must work in our client's offices located in San Antonio, TX, near downtown or near Lackland AFB (sometimes Randolph AFB is available). Hybrid schedules are determined by team leads and common, but 100% on-site work could be required.

4. Must understand and be familiar with DoD Acquisitions phases/gates, colors of money, SAFe Agile, and Acquisitions artifacts such as SEP, SEMP, PPP, SCG, etc... and PMO experience is a huge plus!

5. Must be able to clearly describe Traditional Agile and SAFe Agile Methodologies, particularly be able to explain and describe PI Planning, PI Events, what occurs in PIs, how to weigh or score stories, how to create a Kanban board, etc... SAFe 4/5/6 certifications are a huge plus!!

6. Must have experience using JIRA and Confluence, as this is how work is tracked and where artifacts are stored.

7. Local to San Antonio, TX. If you plan on relocating, please make a note of that on your resume and follow-up communications.

8. Bachelor's Degree or very close to completing a degree is a minimum requirement. Some roles require an Engineering or Technical degree field. PMP/PgMP/PMI-ACP certifications are a plus but not required.

SALARY

W2: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

1099/C2C: $130,000 - $155,000 per year

*Range variance due to clearance level, job assignment, and elected benefits*
