Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the Property Manager with day-to-day operations, including leasing, maintenance, resident services, and managing on-site staff. The Assistant Manager will also handle administrative tasks, such as bookkeeping, record keeping, and resident communications.


Qualifications

  • Experience in HUD and LIHTC required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities
  • Experience in property management or a related field
