About The Role

Known’s Media Science team uses advanced analytics, machine learning, statistics, and algorithms to plan and optimize advertising dollars. We partner with our clients to translate their business goals into meaningful metrics, and buy media across all channels to drive those target outcomes.

The Media team continues to grow and so does our need for an Asset Manager, Media. This position is responsible for coordinating between publishers, our media teams, and clients and their creative partners to ensure the high quality delivery of assets into market. This role is also responsible for identifying and resolving any creative issues with the client to ensure the timely launch of media campaigns.

What You’ll Do

• Share creative assets with internal channel teams and facilitate communication between the channel teams and the client’s creative teams as needed.
• Work with Known channel teams (TV, Digital, etc.) to identify the publisher requirements/specs for creative assets as well as any restrictions on the copy or creative.
• Quality check assets against asset inventory list to ensure a complete set of assets has been provided and that the creative is built as intended.
• Work with clients and their creative teams (internal and external) to collect creative assets by providing trafficking sheets or leveraging off-the-shelf asset management systems (for example: OpenAir).
• Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with the client, proactively communicating the status of asset delivery to agency and raising red flags when there are issues.
• Work with publishers to approve and traffic assets to ensure the timely delivery and on-time launch of campaigns.

Who You Are And What You Have

• 5+ years’ professional experience in creative production and/or media planning and asset management
• A BS/BA degree from an accredited college or university
• Experience working with traffic sheets and asset management systems such as AirTable

The base salary for this position is $70K - $85K.

This range is posted in compliance with state and municipal Pay Transparency laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to receive additional Known benefits.
