Studio Manager / Producer Jobs

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Studio Manager/Producer to oversee all aspects of our content studio, serving as the primary point of contact for in-house photography and video projects, while also providing support for external shoots with photographers and agencies. As a self-motivated individual, you will take charge of all studio-related operations, including shoot requests, casting, location scouting, props, equipment, space management, processes, retouching schedules, and final deliverables. With a wealth of experience in photography and video, along with exceptional managerial and problem-solving abilities, you will be a key asset to our team.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all incoming requests from both Global and US teams, ensuring efficient scheduling and communication across departments
• Source and build a roster of freelance talent, fostering a network of skilled professionals to support project demands
• Manage the Content Studio calendar, aligning dates and facilitating effective collaboration with the larger Global and US teams
• Track and obtain approvals for all estimates related to shoot expenses, maintaining a well-organized budgeting process
• Foster a positive and collaborative studio environment, promoting teamwork and creativity among team members
• Collaborate closely with brand and digital teams to ensure seamless execution of all shoots, meeting project objectives effectively
• Cultivate and manage external relationships and resources pertaining to in-house production, fostering productive partnerships
• Enforce studio processes and provide guidance to the team to ensure efficient workflows and timely project completion
• Organize and maintain the Content Studio space, overseeing equipment, storage, security, and props, and promptly addressing any emerging needs
• Work in conjunction with the Brand Asset Manager to establish consistent naming conventions, proper asset storage, and timely deliveries

Requirements

• Excellent understanding of product photography principles and product styling, ensuring high-quality output
• Strong ability to balance meticulous attention to detail with effective time and resource management
• Previous experience in a brand or agency setting is advantageous, providing valuable insight into industry best practices
• Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in a management position, showcasing strong leadership and organizational skills
• Experience in post-production supervision is preferred, showcasing a comprehensive approach to project finalization
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in photography and video production, demonstrating a proven track record of excellence
• Ability to work independently while establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with cross-functional teams
• Hybrid role, requires on-site presence for three days a week to ensure effective team collaboration and project management

Benefits

The anticipated salary range for this role is $85,000 - $95,000 annually. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience, and skills relative to the defined job requirements.
