Content Studio Manager Jobs

Adecco Creative and Marketing is recruiting a Content Studio Manager/ Producer for a global beauty and skincare powerhouse. The Content Studio manager is the main point of contact for all photography and video in-house shoots as well as supporting a multitude of external shoots. You are a self-starter, managing all things relating to the studio and shoots - ie requests, props, equipment, space, operations, processes, retouching schedules, and deliverables.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organize and maintain the Content Studio space - equipment, storage, security, and props - and work with teams on any new needs.
• Location scouting and booking for always-on content
• Project Manage all incoming requests from both Global and US teams.
• Working with cross-functional partners to prepare and ship products, comps, and props
• Closely collaborate with brand and digital teams to ensure shoots are properly executed.
• Manage retouching workflow using Global Edit
• Source outside talent and model casting adding to our existing roster
• Manage external vendor relationships and project estimating.
• Work with the Brand Asset Manager on naming conventions, asset storage, and deliveries
• Responsible for enforcing studio processes and helping the team to course correct.
• Foster a healthy studio environment.
• Own the Content Studio calendar, align and communicate dates cross-functionally with the larger Global and US Teams

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2 years experience as a producer
• Previous beauty brand or agency experience preferred
• Ability and willingness to move heavy objects and photography equipment on a daily basis
• Excellent understanding of product photography principles and product styling
• Minimum 5 years experience in photography, production, or other related field
• Post-production supervision experience, required
• Understand how to balance quality and details with timing and resource constraints
