Land Acquisitions Manager - LAM

Ideally 3-5+ years professional experience in real estate asset management

Possess a strong working knowledge of real estate operations, including utility infrastructure, construction management, contractor management, code/zoning, and development.

Attend all applicable Operations meetings, including Property Management, Infill, and Project Management departmental meetings.

In-depth knowledge of commercial real estate finance and debt structuring

Responsible for thoroughly reviewing all legal documents related to refinances, dispositions, capital projects, home purchasing, and other legal documents as needed.

Work closely with the Finance/Accounting teams to collaborate on all lender reporting.

Regional Multi-family management experience while directly reporting to the property owner is required.

Use negotiation and analytical skills to comprehend complex loan documents, partnership documents, and evaluation of collateral performance and resolution alternatives.

Four (4) year college degree from an accredited university in business, finance, accounting, real estate, or law is required.

Five (5) years of experience in commercial real estate loan resolutions. Understanding of complex loan and loan servicing agreements.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field. Relevant experience may be substituted for education.

Ensure PM is following duties spelled out in Property Management Agreement (PMA).

Provide quarterly variance reports to senior management and investors.

Work with Construction or Senior Management as necessary to approve contracts.

Asset Manager, with prior affordable housing or multi-family property experience,

Review, edit, and approve Operating and Capital Budgets submitted by Property Manager (PM).

5+ years’ professional experience in creative production and/or media planning and asset management

Experience working with traffic sheets and asset management systems such as AirTable

Share creative assets with internal channel teams and facilitate communication between the channel teams and the client’s creative teams as needed.

7+ years prior institutional level office & industrial real estate asset management experience

Oversee direct property management and leasing services for each asset

Reviews monthly, quarterly and annual reports produced by the Contract Manager to ensure they follow DWS requirements

Successful record of accomplishment in the execution of asset management strategies to achieve successful results while effectively managing risk

Manage total capital improvements as a percentage of NOI at the respective properties

Manage relationships with contract manager and joint venture partners and provide oversight
