Overview


Pay: $26.92 per Hour


Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm (Monday-Friday)


Position Summary


Reports to the center director. Responsible for performing a variety of clerical and administrative duties which


require extreme discretion, in compliance with government and management directives.


Essential Functions


  • Perform a variety of secretarial/clerical duties, including dictation and transcription of correspondence,


minutes of meetings, reports and other documents.


  • Receive telephone calls and visitors; tactfully refer them to proper individual if center director is not


available.


  • Maintain calendar of events, schedules, and appointments.
  • Maintain correspondence control log, coordinate preparation of special reports; maintain control of
  • Coordinate meeting arrangements such as time, place, attendees and matter to be discussed.

Education And Experience Requirements


High school diploma or equivalent and three years related experience. Associate’s degree preferred.


Experience with youth, excellent written and verbal communications skills and computer proficiency required.


Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record, unless waived by management.
