FEDCAP REHABILITATION: OUR MISSION
In 1935, three men who had sustained injuries in WWI met in Times Square and literally changed the world for people with physical disabilities. Fedcap Rehabilitation Services provides an array of services to youth and adults, helping thousands of individuals graduate from high school, obtain vocational certification or a college degree, become work-ready, and obtain meaningful employment as they achieve long-term economic well-being.

YOUR SCHEDULE
This full-time administrative role works regular business hours.
YOUR DAY
While working as a Timekeeping Administrative Assistant at our human services nonprofit, get ready for a role that's as dynamic as it is rewarding. Your attention to detail and organizational skills are put to the test every day. Your main gig? Maintaining accurate records of employee timekeeping and swiftly dealing with any discrepancies. Picture this: you're knee-deep in timesheets, reviewing and double-checking them to make sure they're on point and follow company policies. You are fantastic at data entry, inputting timekeeping info into the system with the utmost accuracy and confidentiality. Oh, and expect to team up with HR to sort out any timekeeping hiccups. As a crucial part of the crew, you collaborate with your colleagues to keep the timekeeping process running like a well-oiled machine. And who knows? You might even lend a hand with filing, phone calls, and general support when needed. It's a role where your skills will shine, and the pace never slows down.
Requirements
  • HS Diploma or GED/TASC required
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills
  • 1 year of satisfactory full-time administrative support experience required
  • Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and be sensitive to maintaining confidentiality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
