Accounts Receivable Jobs

Maintains records of types of project and past due collection procedures. Drafts correspondence for standard past-due accounts and collections, identifies delinquent accounts by reviewing files and contacts delinquent account holders to request payment. Creates detailed aging reports and other reports regarding the current status of customer accounts as requested. Collaborates with A/R manager on customer accounts, past due status and necessary procedures.

Accounts Receivable Details

• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:30am to 05:00pm )
• $ 17.00 / hour
• Temp-to-Hire position

Accounts Receivable Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience preferred.
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
