It is a very exciting time of growth for our Corporate Accounting team, and we are currently hiring an Accounts Receivable Associate. This role is remote and can be located in Austin or DFW area.

What will my role be?

As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you will:

• Update client accounts based on payment or contact information
• Generate service invoices from the time and billing system
• Generate product invoices from Business Central
• Collect payment from customers and accurately record it into our accounting systems
• Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed
• Communicate with previous clients and current customers to request payment and arrange payment plans
• Account collections

What’s required?

• Experience creating client invoices in an accounting system
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Data entry skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated experience in Excel
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills
• 1-2 years’ experience working in accounts receivable and collections.
