Accounts Payable Lead Jobs

Oxford Health Group is currently hiring an experienced Accounts Payable Lead to join our team. The AP Lead works closely with the Director of Finance to align business purposes related to the company’s financial matters. Opportunity to grow into a Staff Accountant position.

Responsibilities

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or assigned
• Maintain ongoing accurate and confidential reporting of financial information
• Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including journal entries
• Assist with monthly closing reports
• Assist with reconciling Credit Card and Bank Accounts
• Assist in processing accounts receivable and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures, as well as accounts payable transactions

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years experience in accounting
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance related major preferred
• Organized and able to work in a time-sensitive environment
• Comfortable with prioritizing and managing multiple assignments
• Proficiency in Quickbooks
• Works well individually and as a team member, by listening, collaborating, and contributing

Salary 55k-62,500. Benefits include PTO, health, dental, vision, and life insurance.
