Position Overview / Responsibilities For The Account Services Coordinator

• Demonstrate proficiency in scheduling meetings in Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Excel
• Effectively communicate with customers and internal employees, adhering to company policies, standards, and deadlines
• Oversee and execute administrative and processing requirements
• Ensure customer requests for benefit summaries and administrative changes are processed timely

Required Skills For The Account Services Coordinator

• Prior experience working with clients and providing administrative support
• Experience in medical or dental claims highly preferred
• 3+ years of professional experience in a Account Management or Sales role
• HS Diploma OR GED required
