What You’ll Do


  • Help assist other Revenue-related needs as time permits
  • Manage the flow of insertion orders and update Salesforce and other internal tools
  • Work with Sales, Account Services and Business Operations to ensure and maintain contract accuracy and data hygiene
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Account Services, Business Operations, and Finance teams to ensure successful client on-boarding and annual contract renewals


What We’re Looking For


  • A keen eye toward process adherence to create a smooth workflow
  • Familiarity with digital tools and technology platforms including Salesforce is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently, while being open to direction and guidance
  • 0-2 years of experience working in a Sales Planning, Account Services, or Ad Operations role
  • BA/BS from a 4-year university or equivalent experience
  • True team player: Intelligent, outgoing individual with interpersonal skills and work ethic, while also taking full accountability for assigned tasks and believes in the importance of adhering to and communicating deadlines
  • Ability to manage the needs of many different stakeholders and adhere to timelines
  • Strong analytical skills & entrepreneurial attitude
  • Direct and frequent communicator
  • Extremely high attention to detail

Compensation (for US-based Employees)


The anticipated base salary for this position is between $60,000 and $70,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. If your compensation expectations fall outside of this range, it may still be worth having a conversation.
