We work with brands, movie premiers, corporate clients and many more to bring the experience to life with engaging live performers, actors, dancers, musicians, and costume and design. Job description

  • Assisting with billing and invoicing processes.
  • Preparing reports and presentations for clients and internal teams.
  • Conducting research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Coordinating client meetings, conference calls, and other communication activities.
  • Managing client files and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Liaising with other departments and teams to ensure that client needs are met and issues are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Handle all in-bound client accounts and deliver exceptional client services.
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of client marketing plans and strategies.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Adaptability: An account coordinator should be adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and changing priorities as needed.
  • Experience: Some relevant experience in account management, customer service, or sales support is usually required. The amount of experience required may vary depending on the company and industry.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is typically required.
  • Customer service skills: An account coordinator should have excellent customer service skills to interact with clients, resolve issues, and build and maintain relationships with them.
  • Computer skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is typically required for an account coordinator position.
  • Time management: Effective time management skills are essential for an account coordinator, as they will need to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Detail-oriented: An account coordinator must be detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records of client information and account activity.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client’s culture, processes, business and structure to serve them effectively, and proactively offer solutions and experiential opportunities for the brand
  • Required to have experience working with Google Sheets and Canva
  • Must own a fast working laptop, have a vehicle, and a working phone
  • Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for an account coordinator, as they will be communicating with clients, account managers, and other stakeholders regularly.
  • Organizational skills: Strong organizational skills are critical for an account coordinator, as they will be responsible for managing multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
