Overview Client Services Account Representatives are responsible for providing customer service and support to clients. They act as a liaison between the client and the company, ensuring that the client’s needs are met and that their expectations are exceeded. They are also responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients, as well as developing new relationships with potential clients. Detailed Job Description Client Services Account Representatives are responsible for providing customer service and support to clients. They must be able to effectively communicate with clients, both verbally and in writing. They must be able to understand and interpret client needs and provide solutions that meet those needs. They must be able to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner. They must also be able to develop and maintain relationships with clients. Client Services Account Representatives must be able to work independently and as part of a team. They must be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work accordingly. They must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing customer needs. Job Skills Required• Excellent customer service skills
