Overview Project Human Resources Generalists are responsible for providing support to the Human Resources department in a variety of areas, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and payroll. They are also responsible for ensuring that the organization’s policies and procedures are followed and that all employees are treated fairly and equitably. Detailed Job Description Project Human Resources Generalists are responsible for providing support to the Human Resources department in a variety of areas, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and payroll. They are also responsible for ensuring that the organization’s policies and procedures are followed and that all employees are treated fairly and equitably. Project Human Resources Generalists are expected to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of payroll systems
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• At least two years of experience in Human Resources
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures
• Knowledge of payroll systems
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Job Experience
• At least two years of experience in Human Resources
Job Responsibilities
• Recruiting and onboarding new employees
• Administering employee benefits
• Processing payroll
• Maintaining employee records
• Assisting with employee relations issues
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Assisting with employee training and development
• Assisting with performance management and disciplinary actions
