Human Resources Generalist Jobs

Aquinas Consulting is currently looking to fill anHR Generalistrole with a pharmaceuticalcompany.In this role, you will provide timely and effective human resources (HR) support on a wide range of areas, including employee relations, recruitment and selection, improvement and development plans, performance management, immigration affairs, costs and benefits and investigation of employee issues.

Principal duties and responsibilities:

• Conducting complex employee relations investigations as needed
• Providing advice and guidance to leaders with respect to managing people and creating a positive working environment aligned with the company’s values
• Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to supervisors and managers, including coaching, performance improvement plans, and progressive discipline
• Being a SME on policies and procedures
• Handling immigration processes for foreign candidates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• 10+ years of applicable experience
• Experience in merging benefits when merging and acquisitions
• Ability to work three days on-site in Hawthorne, NY
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
