Human Resources Generalist Jobs

In the HR Generalist role, you will be responsible for employee relations, leading HR compliance efforts

(employment law and affirmative action policy, assisting with performance management, managing the

offboarding process, answering HR-related questions from team members, participating in various

projects, as well as expanding and supporting employee experience efforts! You will also have various

responsibilities and reporting.

To qualify, you need to have experience as an HR Generalist (minimum 2 years). You also have to have

extensive knowledge of the following policies: EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity) and OSHA

(Occupational Safety and Health Administration). You also need to be familiar with multi-state

jurisdiction and have experience with ADP.

REQUIREMENTS:

● Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources Generalist experience

● Extensive knowledge of OSHA and EEO

● Experience with ADP required

● Experience with multi-state jurisdiction

● Must have the confidence and drive to deliver results in a fast-paced, ever-changing

environment
