Collaborates with Grants & Contracts Management and Administration leadership team to ensure cross-functional processes and procedures are well-coordinated and seamlessly executed.

Provides training and business management assistance to program staff, applicants, and recipients.

Demonstrated planning and workload balancing skills to enable management of competing deadlines and concurrent proposals;

Three (3) or more years of experience in administrative services at a higher education or research institution;

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education; Advanced degree preferred.

Sponsored programs and research administration and/or University accounting experience preferred;

Strong written communication skills to assist with various formal and informal written communications with internal and external stakeholders;

Support the Program and Awards Advisors and country programs in the management of the award portfolio for the region.

Provide coverage for key program/support functions remotely and in-country as requested, to assist with short-term gaps and emergency support.

Provide short term cover when Program and Award Advisors are absent supported by their line manager as needed.
