Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Supply Base Manager to support BGS Government based out of Hazelwood,MO.


Position Responsibilities:


  • Communicates supplier and organization performance plans risks, issues and opportunities to stakeholders.
  • Conducts and guides supplier assessments.
  • Leads and establishes the basis for recovery, corrective and preventative action plans.
  • Develops current and projected work statement.
  • Develops and executes work movement plans.
  • Leads stakeholder relationships and performance throughout all contract phases.
  • Provides technical and business guidance to integrate strategic supply chain activities.


This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at Hazelwood, MO. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):


  • 3+ Years experience working in product management
  • 3+ Years experience working in supplier management
  • 3+ Years experience working in Procurement


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):


  • Bachelors Degree or higher


Typical Education/Experience:


High school diploma or GED and typically 3 or more years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Summary pay range: $88,400 - $119,600

  • 120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
