Overview Performance Management Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the performance management process. This includes developing and implementing performance management systems, providing guidance and support to managers and employees, and monitoring performance management activities. Detailed Job DescriptionThe Performance Management Coordinator is responsible for the following:
• Developing and implementing performance management systems, including performance plans, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans.
• Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on performance management processes.
• Monitoring performance management activities and providing feedback and recommendations to management.
• Assisting with the development and implementation of performance management policies and procedures.
• Developing and delivering training on performance management processes.
• Assisting with the development of performance metrics and tracking performance data.
• Analyzing performance data and providing reports to management.
• Assisting with the development of performance improvement plans.
• Assisting with the development of performance recognition programs.
Job Skills Required
• Knowledge of performance management processes and systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and develop reports.
• Ability to develop and deliver training.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in performance management.
• Professional certification in Human Resources or Performance Management is preferred.
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of performance management processes and systems.
• Knowledge of human resources policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Knowledge of training and development processes.
Job Experience
• At least two years of experience in performance management.
• Experience developing and implementing performance management systems.
• Experience developing and delivering training.
• Experience analyzing data and developing reports.
