Who You Are
- Work cross-functionally across the organization to identify project goals, objectives, and deliverables, and develop and maintain overall strategic plans in conjunction with Performance Team counterparts and other internal stakeholders
- Develop and maintain documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and change management document in accordance with created strategic plans and ad hoc as needed
- Communicate out strategic plan status, risks, and issues to key stakeholders
- Lead and manage Performance Team projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that deliverables are tracked, reported on, and met according to the agreed-upon timeline
- Identify and mitigate risks as they present themselves and helping to create and manage performance improvement plans as needed
- Perform other related responsibilities as required.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and deliver results.
- Experience with dashboard creation and report out methodologies
- Experience with project management tools
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Experience in value-based care and Medicare and/or Medicare Advantage policy, plan operations, data, and financial methodologies is a plus
- Experience with Medicare Advantage and/or CMMI government programs (DCE, ACO REACH, MSSP, etc.) is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business or related field
