The Performance Management Coordinator is responsible for the following:

• Developing and implementing performance management systems, including performance plans, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans.
• Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on performance management processes.
• Monitoring performance management activities and providing feedback and recommendations to management.
• Assisting with the development and implementation of performance management policies and procedures.
• Developing and delivering training on performance management processes.
• Assisting with the development of performance metrics and tracking performance data.
• Analyzing performance data and providing reports to management.
• Assisting with the development of performance improvement plans.
• Assisting with the development of performance recognition programs.
