Job Description

Job Title: Product Manager for performance management system

Location: Remote - will work PST time

Duration: 2 Months - have a possibility of extension and/or conversion

Type: Contract


Rate range: $60-$83/hr on W2

• Utilize data-driven decision making to prioritize features and enhancements for the performance tool.

• Monitor project progress, provide updates to stakeholders, and make adjustments as needed for timely delivery.

• Assist in user acceptance testing to ensure the tool meets requirements and functions as intended.

• Support product launch by collaborating with people, customer support teams

• Gather user feedback and analyze usage data post-launch to inform future enhancements and updates.

• Facilitate training sessions for internal team members and end-users to ensure successful tool adoption and utilization
