Performance Management Consultant Jobs

BigBear.ai is seeking a Perfomance Management Consultant to work with Government decision makers and analyze performance data to assess the "planned" vs. "actual" results of mission element performance, identify trends. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and like numbers - lots of numbers.
Join BBAI's intel team on our Prime contract where you will interact directly with Government leads to develop and implement integrated performance management processes on site in Maryland.
What You Will Do

• Develop/Recommend process improvements.
• Develop methods to implement long term and short term, manageable, annual performance measures in direct support of customer goals and objectives.
• Relay findings to senior officials to help decide where the government should make investments, what areas of mission are working (from a metrics standpoint), and help organizations identify and realize goals
• Develop methods to improve gathering of performance-related data; and associating appropriate budgetary and performance data, strategies, and associated tasks, to improve overall performance-based budgeting activities.
• Translate organizational strategies and goals to develop a set of outcomes and associated performance measures.

What You Need To Have

• Clearance: Must posess and maintain TS with Polygraph
• The Graduate or higher degree OR Bachelor’s degree or higher in identified Business fields cannot be considered together for more than two (2) years of overall experience
• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher degree is required.
• A Graduate or higher degree will be accepted in lieu of two (2) years of overall OR a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Business Management, Program Management, Finance, or Accounting will be accepted in lieu of two (2) years of overall experience.
• Twelve (12) or more years of combined experience in performance management and metrics implementation; Performance Based Budgeting; Analysis of performance data in relation to budget and strategy modifications; Federal Government Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution; and/or Program analysis and evaluation utilizing statistical, visualization, and data analysis tools.

What We'd Like You To Have

• Excellent Excel skills (graphs, pivot tables, etc)
• Familiarity with Abacus
