We’re looking for a self-motivated and seasoned “jack of all things HR” to support our expanding client base, providing outsourced human resources services to clients of diverse sizes, locations, and industries. The best part? This opportunity offers the flexibility of a fully remote position with a 4-day work week, totaling 32 hours per week.
The Details...
As a People Operations Partner, you will be a key player in delivering exceptional HR services to our valued clients across various industries. Your role involves supporting multiple clients, adapting to their unique needs and requirements. Your responsibilities include assessing and optimizing client processes, programs, and technologies to ensure they have compliant and effect HR and payroll solutions.
Generally, duties include:
- Designs and implements enhancements to the client’s services using the People Operations Toolbox to ensure the client has the most modern and compliant solutions in place
- Proactively escalates client issues to the VP of Client Services, as needed
- Employee onboarding and offboarding
- Payroll & benefits program management
- Performance management, team culture, & recognition
- Talent acquisition
- Works collaboratively within the People Operations department to deliver seamless and comprehensive service to an assigned set of clients.
- Assesses client processes, programs and technologies using pre-defined team procedures and templates
- Leads new client kickoff calls and assists in managing ongoing client relationships
- Compliance and change management
- Leads the People Operations portion of each client’s monthly financial review call
- Provides day-to-day and project-based HR service to clients with the support of their subset team’s People Operations Associates in the following areas:
Who You Are...
- You have a thorough understanding of all aspects of Human Resources and related Federal and State regulations
- People would describe you as highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- You’re comfortable with acclimating to and “owning” different HR and payroll technologies
- You have solid problem-solving and analytical skills
- You have a highly proactive and independent work style, but also can team and collaborate effectively as needed
- You have professional maturity and interpersonal finesse
What You’ve Done...
- Attained a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or related field
- If you have experience with client-facing HR service across different states and industries you’re definitely a Rockstar!
- Have 5+ years of diversified human resources experience under your belt.
