The Role: Specialist, People & Culture
Your mission:
We are looking for a talented, seasoned partner in the Human Resources field to join our People and Culture team and help drive a growing business, a strong culture, and a world where team members are able to grow and thrive.
Your Legacy: Largely in part to your support and partnership, Framebridge will grow its Retail sector with passionate and talented teams, support the ongoing efforts of a customer-obsessed culture on our Customer Experience team, and drive engagement through a remote and in-person corporate team.
Reports to: Senior Manager, People & Culture (Corporate/Retail/CX)
Location: remote (northeast/midwest US based preferred)
Travel Requirements: 20-25% travel (primarily team and company meetings)
What you’ll be responsible for:
  • Preferred candidate is in one of the cities where we have a cluster of stores, Washington, DC, New York City, Boston or Atlanta.
  • Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic about retail and creating an amazing experience for team members, and in turn, our customers.
  • While the role is remote, there may be a need for some travel to Retail stores, Customer Experience meetings, and our corporate setting in Washington, DC.
  • You will act as a trusted advisor to management and an advocate for our team. You're someone who is passionate about recruiting and retaining the best talent in Retail stores as well as remote Customer Experience and Corporate teams.
  • You will support the HR needs for the Retail, Customer Experience and Corporate teams of the Company.
  • You see team members as your customers. The ideal leader has strong HR experience, supporting multi-state workforces.
Who you are:
  • You are a an Ambassador of Team Member Relations
  • Workday, Kronos and other People Systems experience preferred.
  • 3-5 years of related experience

You are in the constant pursuit of methods to build an in-person and remote workforce engagement that is built to grow with our expanding business.
You are laser-focused on inclusion efforts within teams that focus on various dimensions of difference to create teams that are multi-faceted.

You are two steps ahead on succession planning of teams and what is needed to be successful. You consistently source information to understand the teams you support and what is needed to be successful
You build strong communication with the teams you support through a routine of consistent communication and fact gathering to stay ahead of expected and unexpected needs.
You work well in a team environment that is constantly evaluating ways to enhance and improve people and culture at Framebridge.
You are nimble, always looking at new and innovative ways to engage teams.
You are an objective partner, collecting facts patterns and additional
  • You are a Recruiter
You know how to network in various markets across the US, and have relationships built that will help you support Retail store expansion.
You use social platforms strategically to build rapport, relationships and opportunities to connect with talent that will drive growth in all business sectors.
You are an educator of recruitment methods, leading by example and teaching others to do the same.
