Learning And Development Producer

A large grocery retail client of ours is looking to add a Learning and Development Producer to the team. This person will lead a facilatate trainings for different agile and oline trainings.

( 6-month contract starting out with potential to extend)

fully remote EST hours

Producer Responsibilities

• Prepare for virtual events (Online trainings): sending invites, creating breakout rooms, polls, mural board training and preparation of Mural board.

• Verify that Power Points are up to date, facilitator slide is correct and that all links are operational

• Manage the delivery of virtual events and supply required technical advice and instructions.

• Track timing and ensure precision deployment of interactive elements: breakout room activities and mural board activities, offering required support

• Record and provide playback and full reporting details

• Master troubleshooting skills that can solve common problems

• Oversee content rehearsal to ensure good session timing and execution of transitions and interactive elements

• Offer technical advice and instructions for events, monitoring timing and ensuring good deployment of all technical session delivery

• Moderating sessions and supplying all needed technical support

• Ability to facilitate when needed

• Supplying the participants with session recordings, and learning materials after each session

• Manage the training materials for each training produced

Producer Requirements

• The ability to interact with diverse groups
• Technical skills: Microsoft Suit, Mural Board and Teams
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to multi-task with technology (multiple screens, timers, videos etc.)
• Facilitation skills

Preferred

• Previous experience as a producer
• College education
