Learning And Development (L&D) Associate

We are a leading manufacturer in the snack industry that works with some of the largest retailers in the US. As the Learning and Development (L&D) Associate, you will play a key role in developing and implementing training programs that will help our employees grow, improve and be more effective in their roles. You will work as part of the HR team to assess employees' learning and development needs and create programs to meet those needs. Responsibilities

• Coordinate training logistics such as scheduling, location, and accommodations.
• Ensure training compliance with regulatory standards.
• Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Collaborate with HR and other team members to identify learning needs within the organization.
• Develop training materials for various levels of employees.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, and implement changes/revisions to improve programs.
• Maintain training records and communicate progress to Director of HR .

Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Bilingual (English - Spanish) a must.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in L&D, training, or related field.
