Overview The Human Resources Knowledge Manager is responsible for managing the knowledge and information related to Human Resources within an organization. This includes developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base, providing guidance and support to HR staff, and ensuring that the organization’s HR policies and procedures are up to date. Detailed Job Description The Human Resources Knowledge Manager is responsible for managing the knowledge and information related to Human Resources within an organization. This includes developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base, providing guidance and support to HR staff, and ensuring that the organization’s HR policies and procedures are up to date. The Human Resources Knowledge Manager will also be responsible for researching and analyzing industry trends and best practices, and developing strategies to ensure the organization’s HR policies and procedures are in line with industry standards. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of database management systems
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g. PHR, SPHR)

• Knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
• Knowledge of database management systems
Job Experience
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Experience in developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base
• Experience in researching and analyzing industry trends and best practices

• Provide guidance and support to HR staff
