Human Resources Generalist Hr Generalist Jobs in Arizona

Works in conjunction with the Recruitment team related to: job postings, offer letter preparation, job description preparation and hiring manager interface.

Assists with performance management process and manager coaching.

Supports key compliance initiatives on an ongoing basis and drafts required employee / manager communication.

Manages administration of workers’ compensation claims and follow up on open claims.

Manages ad-hoc reporting and associated analysis and reconciliation of data as needed to ensure compliance with state, federal and location regulations.

3-5 years of Human Resources experience

Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience in Human Resources or combination of experience and education.

Experience working with ADP Workforce Now is preferred

401K and payroll processing experience is preferred

Responsible for benefit enrollments, qualifying life events, and benefit support.

High School Diploma or GED

Develop and manage relationships with the business, manager, HQ in Taiwan, various stakeholders and other HR in the USA.

Previous HR experience withing the United States, minimum of 5 years in a generalist role

If you have previous experience within payroll admin, it is a plus

Good knowledge of employment law

Proven good communication skills and ability to convey HR’s value to the business.

Facilitate communication from all perspectives.

Is the primary contact for leave management, including FMLA, Paid Parental Leave, and non-FMLA Leave.

Associate degree or its equivalent with 5+ years of strong HR Generalist and administrative experience required. Prefer 8+ years.

Experience in ADP and Workday is highly desirable. Hands-on experience with payroll processing.

Experience implementing a new HRIS system.

Hybrid position: 2 remotes 3 in-house.

Auditing & Compliance, including accreditation.

Support the performance management process

Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers

Minimum of five years’ experience in Human Resources and multi-unit leadership

Bachelors/Associates Degree preferred or High School graduate/Equivalent, HR certification preferred

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

At least one year of human resource management experience preferred.
