Support the performance management process

Manages internal and external communications

Understands and teaches how operational execution directly affects the customer experience

Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers

Minimum of five years’ experience in Human Resources and multi-unit leadership

Bachelors/Associates Degree preferred or High School graduate/Equivalent, HR certification preferred

Strong project-management and execution skills

Maintaining a working knowledge of HR trends and best practices to improve workplace efficiency and the employee experience.

Participating in and assisting with employee events (remote or at various locations in US/Canada – occasional travel <5%).

Minimum of 3 years of generalist HR experience

Working knowledge of an HRIS (we use BambooHR and Thread)
