Must have knowledge and experience with federal and state laws relating to human resources.
Knowledge of and demonstrated experience with employment laws and practices required.
Must demonstrate sound critical thinking and decision-making skills on matters of significance.
Answers routine questions regarding payroll, recruitment, benefits and leaves of absences.
High school equivalency plus two years post high school education in human resources, marketing, business or related field required.
