Overview A Group Benefits Manager is responsible for managing and administering employee benefit plans, including health, dental, vision, life, disability, and other voluntary benefits. They ensure that the plans are compliant with applicable laws and regulations, and that they are cost-effective and meet the needs of the organization. Detailed Job Description A Group Benefits Manager is responsible for managing and administering employee benefit plans, including health, dental, vision, life, disability, and other voluntary benefits. They are responsible for ensuring that the plans are compliant with applicable laws and regulations, and that they are cost-effective and meet the needs of the organization. They also manage the day-to-day operations of the benefits program, including enrollments, changes, terminations, and claims processing. They are also responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure the success of the program. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to employee benefits
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and develop strategies
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks

• Knowledge of computer systems and software
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in employee benefits management
• Professional certification in employee benefits (e.g. CEBS, PHR, SHRM-CP)
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to employee benefits
• Knowledge of employee benefit plans, including health, dental, vision, life, disability, and other voluntary benefits
• Knowledge of computer systems and software

• 5+ years of experience in employee benefits management
• Experience in developing and implementing strategies to ensure the success of the benefits program
• Experience in managing the day-to-day operations of the benefits program, including enrollments, changes, terminations, and claims processing
