Salary Range: $30.42 - $45.63

  • Conflict resolution – Influences others to build consensus and gain cooperation. Proactively resolves conflicts in a positive and constructive manner.
  • Experience managing initiatives, projects and programs required.
  • Experience and/or training in computer applications, including word processing and spreadsheet software, required.
  • Works across departments to drive business collaboration, benefit configuration, and benefits knowledge.
  • Leadership – Inspires, motivates, and guides others toward accomplishing goals. Achieves desired results through effective people management.
  • Critical thinking – Identifies complex problems. Involves key parties, gathers pertinent data, and considers various options in decision making process. Develops, evaluates, and implements effective solutions.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
  • Lean Six Sigma experience preferred.
  • Communication and team building – Excellent ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, both written and verbal. Leads effectively with excellent verbal and written communication. Delegates and initiates/manage cross-functional teams and multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Works collaboratively within the organization to maintain and oversee contracted benefits.
  • Five (5) years experience in a health-related field required.
