Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to pinpoint customer issues and experience gaps, shaping short and medium-term risk assessments and opportunities for product groups.
  • Maintains alignment across product teams and groups, prioritizing tasks and orchestrating execution to sustain focus and momentum.
  • Offers guidance to cross-functional teams, inclusive of engineering and business functions. Communicates the product/product group roadmap and disseminates updates effectively.
  • Attends business reviews, injecting valuable insights to inform new product development.
  • Steers the product planning process across multiple product groups. Oversees the development of requirement documents, collaborates with UX experts to shape the user experience, and meticulously monitors release goals, prioritization, and iteration plans.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional leaders and experts to establish best practices, refining the product development and delivery process.
  • Acts as the representative in high-level discussions with internal and external stakeholders, using data analysis to tackle intricate problems spanning multiple teams and product groups.
  • Guides the product roadmap, showcasing expertise at the product group level. Forging alliances with pertinent stakeholder teams, expertly making trade-off decisions for several products or product groups.
  • Provides mentorship to junior product management team members, ensuring their growth and development within the field.
  • Crafts the vision, strategy, and requirements for multiple intricate products, often spanning across various product groups. Identifies gaps and customer needs by delving into vision documents, conducting exhaustive market research, and competitive analyses. Further uncovers customer value by conducting experiments, bolstered by collaboration with business teams to define product roadmaps and establish the product's overarching vision.
  • Guides the development process by meticulously reviewing technology team demos and validating acceptance criteria for all products within the product group. Assumes responsibility for reviewing development work, resolving escalated issues, and addressing bugs across product groups.
  • Pioneers innovative methods and metrics for measuring product success, including customer adoption and satisfaction.
  • Reviews and approves substantial requirements based on product strategy.
  • Monitors product KPIs through data analytics, ensures the accomplishment of success metrics, and identifies opportunities for enhancement.
  • Provides UX/UI approval for assigned products or product groups.
  • Manages a prioritized product backlog that aligns with Product Strategy and resource capacity, utilizing data and analytics to ensure appropriate prioritization.
  • Fosters robust working relationships with stakeholders, Product Managers, UX/UI teams, and technology experts to ensure seamless product implementation.
  • Champions complex product launches, partnering with stakeholders to devise comprehensive launch and go-to-market strategies. Identifies and mitigates issues that could impede the success of the product launch.

Experience:

  • Exhibits a proven track record of guiding and directing cross-functional resources.
  • Possesses a Master's degree in Business Administration or a similar advanced field.
  • Demonstrates experience collaborating closely with senior leadership.
  • Holds a CSPO Certification.

Required Experience:

  • Accumulates 7 years of experience in two or more areas such as project management, product management, business analysis, program management, or product marketing.
  • Translates data insights into actionable deliverables effectively.
  • Thrives in an agile software environment.
  • Navigates cross-functional landscapes in substantial organizations adeptly.
  • Showcases a history of working closely with senior leadership.
  • Boasts strong writing prowess.
  • Gathers 5 years of experience in product and/or experience management.

Required Education:

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
