Marketing Lead- Emerging Markets

H&H is offering an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Lead to join our growing our client base in "Emerging Technologies and New Markets" throughout the US and in Europe.

We are seeking a team-focused, dynamic, innovative, results oriented self-starter to be on the ground floor in assisting in developing and expanding the opportunities in these new markets. The identified individual will work in a team environment with company Principals, the Director of Marketing and varying support staff. This individual should be able demonstrate an ability to lead and manage small groups, to effectually expand our client base through existing and new client relationships, marketing and long term strategic planning.

Responsibilities:

• Becoming well-versed in the qualifications, experience, and familiarity with previous proposal efforts of relevant staff
• Work in conjunction with Marketing, Business Development and technical staff to develop initiatives that include the design and execution of email marketing campaigns, advertising (traditional and digital, including PPC and retargeting), social media, web content, strategic outreach, collateral development, PR, and more
• Develop, organize and standardize materials necessary for presentations; coordinate presentation development and scheduling and enforce accordingly
• Coordinate the work of department personnel relative to the proposal/presentations generation process as assigned
• Lead graphic component of awards submission including posters and presentation materials
• Maintain database of opportunities, clients, and contacts to help streamline future business development and proposal efforts
• Liaise with Business Development in order to compose external communiques and assemble/distribute promotional materials per leads being tracked
• Cataloging of completed proposals in digital formats
• Contribute Effective ideas to improve existing processes and actively seek new solutions
• Drive the pursuit process in conjunction with business development and technical staff
• Contribute to and assist in maintaining database of materials necessary for proposal submission. This includes, but is not limited to, required forms, resumes, project files, etc.
• Assume responsibility for proposal production and coordination as assigned
• Utilize industry and public resources to track advertisements of new solicitations and opportunities of relevant work

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or related field
• 5+ years Marketing Experience with an A/E/C company

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skill
• Detail oriented and have excellent written and communication skills
• Function with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
