Job Description
At NeoReach, the Talent Manager role is centered around onboarding and nurturing relationships with an expansive and diverse portfolio of creators. The niches of creators can range from family-oriented content to genres such as beauty, tech, and comedy. As a Talent Manager, your responsibility will be to cater to the individual needs of each creator while aligning with NeoReach’s strategic revenue targets. The role requires strategic foresight, organizational skills, and a passion for the creator and influencer marketing ecosystem. You will be leveraging our internal tools to make data-driven decisions while ensuring each creator reaches their optimal potential.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Work together efficiently with other internal and external teams to provide outstanding support and resources for all creators to thrive
  • Achieve assigned quarterly and annual revenue goals, ensuring steady growth and alignment with company targets
  • Evaluate and negotiate incoming opportunities for your creators, consistently pursue new revenue avenues, and identify brands and agencies that resonate with the creator's audience and brand image
  • Actively manage a diverse group of creators that will serve as a foundation to achieve revenue objectives
  • Be a domain expert within the Creator Economy to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust strategies
  • Stay flexible and adaptable to new tasks and responsibilities as the job and business evolves. As this is a new division, being agile is crucial
  • Actively prospect and onboard creators for talent management, ensuring the best fit and representation
  • Oversee and maintain a meticulous record of creator lists, contacts, collaborations, and any pertinent agreements in our CRM


Examples of Tasks:


  • Engage in internal and external campaign calls, supporting other team members as needed
  • Attend all scheduled team meetings punctually and ensure active participation
  • Always meet communicated task deadlines, and in the event of any challenges, provide clear communication to relevant stakeholders
  • Complete paid influencer marketing campaign to provide creators with valuable feedback and insights
  • Maintain an up-to-date record of all opportunities and essential data within our CRM daily
  • Regularly report performance and forecasting metrics to the Senior Management for weekly meetings
  • Foster a seamless collaboration with the Sales, Creative, and Executive Teams to guarantee a superior experience for both creators and clients


Requirements


  • Ability to manage and nurture relationships effectively
  • Demonstrated passion for creators, entertainment, tech, and pop culture
  • Have held a position with quota, goal, or KPI responsibilities for 2+ years
  • Experience working in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system, preferably with expertise in tracking and analyzing client and creator data
  • Growth Mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and agile work environment
  • Proven experience in working efficiently with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, tech, the creator economy, entertainment, influencer marketing, or a related industry
