Perform all duties relating to practice management and administration including all required registrations, licensing, credentialing and etc.
Ability to create and deliver presentations to senior management/leaders
Evaluate current cosmetic service offerings in medspa. Set comprehensive goals by location for performance and growth in cosmetic services.
Establish retail goals for locations and evaluate product offerings.
Successfully identify and partner with Finance to execute payor agreements that serve the gender-confirming community and procedures.
Streamline retail skincare offerings and add new SKUs as deemed necessary and educate staff
