Job Description

The Director of Practice Administration for the Round Rock and South Austin Area Clinics will be tasked to drive extensive and sustainable growth in the areas of cosmetic & plastic surgery, gender confirming surgery, medspa services and products including non-surgical skin services and retail sales, and growth in the outpatient surgery center(s), meeting or exceeding revenue and EBITDA goals. Additionally, the Director of Practice Administration will provide supervision of clinic administrative staff, measuring and improving patient satisfaction, ensuring compliance with all clinical regulatory requirements, and other duties as needed.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Oversee daily operations of the Medspas, Clinics and Surgical Center ensuring employee retention, revenue growth and positive work environment.
  • Perform all duties relating to practice management and administration including all required registrations, licensing, credentialing and etc.
  • Evaluate current cosmetic service offerings in medspa. Set comprehensive goals by location for performance and growth in cosmetic services.
  • Establish retail goals for locations and evaluate product offerings.
  • Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage general activities associated with providing aesthetic services, plastic or cosmetic surgery and retail sales
  • Analyze performance indicators, financial statements, and sales reports
  • Successfully identify and partner with Finance to execute payor agreements that serve the gender-confirming community and procedures.
  • Identify and execute key marketing strategies to improve awareness and drive new patient acquisition. Includes coordination with the VP of Marketing on web development, Public Relations, PPC campaigns, events, monthly promotions, and any additional key marketing opportunities to enhance the business vision and goals.
  • Design and implement key business strategies to stimulate revenue growth, maximize provider utilization and maintain bottom line expenditures; includes both short- and long-range planning.
  • Streamline retail skincare offerings and add new SKUs as deemed necessary and educate staff
  • Partner with all vendors (retail skincare, injectables, capital equipment, etc.) to ensure best pricing, highest quality products, education and training opportunities are offered, and loyalty programs are maximized.
  • Provide ongoing, effective leadership to ensure locations continue to adapt, evolve, and grow, and employees are encouraged to maximize performance and dedication.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • High energy and get it done attitude
  • Proficient problem-solving skills ability to translate data into actionable plans
  • 5-8 years management experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Bachelor Degree in business or related field; Masters preferred
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations to senior management/leaders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative working style to interface with business partners ranging from the Board to individual contributors
