Do you love helping people and solving problems? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Customer Experience specialist, with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our dynamic team. You’ll be working directly with our customers and partner teams to identify their needs, solve their problems and deliver amazing experiences.Your interactions with our customers will drive invaluable insights for our products and you will directly contribute to the ongoing success of MyBundle.

Our mission is to simplify the streaming TV landscape and make it easier for consumers to find and manage their favorite streaming apps, live channels and content. If you love TV, Movies and entertainment and have a knack for solving problems and helping people – you’re a great fit!

The ideal person has strong people skills, is empathetic and thrives in a collaborate environment that requires creative problem-solving and independent self-direction.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
  • Participate in new distribution partner creation in our systems
  • Represent MyBundle core values in customer interactions
  • Develop expertise across our product lines
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Technical teams to identify and prioritize user pain points
  • Analyze customer feedback and develop knowledge base
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Respond to customer emails, engage in live chat sessions
  • Issue refunds where appropriate

Basic Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Background in customer service, marketing or sales
  • A customer-first philosophy
  • Experience with streaming apps, TV and entertainment is a plus.
