Overview The Customer Development Senior Manager is responsible for developing and managing relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. This role requires a combination of sales, marketing, and customer service skills to ensure that customer needs are met and that customer relationships are maintained. Detailed Job Description The Customer Development Senior Manager is responsible for developing and managing relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. This role requires a combination of sales, marketing, and customer service skills to ensure that customer needs are met and that customer relationships are maintained. The Customer Development Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and executing customer development strategies, managing customer relationships, and providing customer support. The Customer Development Senior Manager will also be responsible for identifying customer needs and developing solutions to meet those needs. • 5+ years of customer development experience
• Proven track record of successful customer development strategies
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
