Overview A Senior Customer Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing customer data and developing strategies to improve customer experience and increase customer loyalty. They work closely with customer service teams, marketing teams, and other departments to identify customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. They also provide insights and recommendations to senior management on customer trends and behaviors. Detailed Job Description The Senior Customer Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing customer data and developing strategies to improve customer experience and increase customer loyalty. They will work closely with customer service teams, marketing teams, and other departments to identify customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. They will also provide insights and recommendations to senior management on customer trends and behaviors.The Senior Customer Business Analyst will be responsible for:

Job Qualifications
