Summary

This customer service position will be responsible for supporting the North American Business Unit by aligning with Win as 1 focus on Safety, Quality, Cost and Service. This position will contribute to delivering Supply Chain KPI’s. This individual is responsible for developing, maintaining, and servicing strong relationships and partnerships with internal stakeholders, customers, and -North American Customers.
  • Contribute to delivering/exceeding Win as 1 KPI’s in Safety, Quality, Cost and Service.
  • Manages Limited Time Offering (LTO) Coordination by leading meetings with operations, planning, deployment, warehousing logistics and customer centric operations. Monitor production, shipments, forecasts, and lead communication with commercial, CFD’s and CCO specialists.
  • Align with sales teams on forecasts, utilize salesforce tools and work with planning on forecast adjustments.
  • Provides business development support to North American sales team and Supply Chain (SC) Customer Facing Directors (CFD's).
  • Support efforts around customer events and activities including planning customer tours.
  • Special project work as assigned.
  • Acts as linkage between Commercial and Customer Service Planning & Logistics.
  • Represent SC in weekly calls with regional sales to review SC KPI’s and provide updates on SC activities.
  • Lead healthy inventory reviews and communicate inventory status to commercial leadership on weekly basis.
  • Update shipment allocations aligned with forecast adjustments.
  • Responsible for leading and participating in SC continuous improvement projects.
Basic & Preferred Qualifications
Education/ Certifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain or related field required

  • Some travel may be required

This compensation is specific to this position and takes into account a number of variables. Actual compensation may be higher or lower in the range posted based on various factors, including, but not limited to, job duties, experience and expertise. A candidate’s work location could also impact the actual compensation being outside of the range to reflect local cost of labor. A reasonable annual estimate of the range for this role based on the variables previously mentioned is: $72,030.00 - $108,060.00
