Sr. Business Systems Analyst

The Senior Business Systems Analyst will play a critical role in driving the success of our organization by ensuring efficient and effective utilization of our business systems and technology infrastructure. This position will also work closely with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders from various departments, to analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that enhance productivity, streamline operations, and align with ZB strategic objectives.

• Lead projects, solutions and/or processes of low to medium complexity through the initial phases of the software delivery lifecycle
• Create simple, flexible, efficient, and effective solution designs (processes and functional requirements) to satisfy project objectives.
• Actively listen and effectively communicate with business and technical resources, identifying gaps in communication and leading problem-solving activities.
• Guide project requestors through the creation of project scope, business requirements, and business process flows. Assist users with testing scenarios and scripts.
• Collaborate with sponsors to plan initiatives, create project budgets, build business cases, clarify cost/benefit proposals, define project objectives, and establish resource requirements for the project.

• Experience with labeling and IFU processes is preferred.
• Experience creating business requirements, functional requirements, and process diagrams required
• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of related professional IT/IS experience, OR an Associate's degree and 6+ years of related professional IT/IS experience, is required.
