Workforce Systems Analyst Jobs

Responsibilities

Coordinate the organization's People & Culture (HR) information systems through the enhancement of existing processes and implementation of new components, processes and tools. Ensure data integrity, assist with planning for short- and long-term People & Culture system needs, and improve workflow of Workforce Systems function. Provide ongoing operational support. Collaborate with key stakeholders, end users and project team members to identify and resolve issues regarding all phases of assigned projects, including assessment, design, testing, training, and implementation. Explore opportunities to leverage Tableau or other reporting/dashboarding tools to improve accessibility/visibility of workforce data.

Requirements

Required Education/Experience: - Bachelor's Degree related to business, information technology or analytics, or equivalent combination of education and work experience- Minimum of three (3) years working with HR systems and processes supporting business customers, end users, and ERP staff - A minimum of two (2) years experience in data analysis, reporting or data analytics with the ability to query data and build custom views Required Credentials: N/A Preferred: - Progressively responsible work experience with workforce systems - Experience in a health care setting

Min to Max Hourly Salary

$39.24 - $58.86 /hr

Min to Max Annual Salary

$81,619.20 - $122,428.80 /yr

Salary Information

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.

Seattle Children's offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
