Employer is seeking a talented and experienced Scrum Master to join our team. As a Scrum Master at employer, you will have the opportunity to lead Scrum teams in delivering complex projects. You will be responsible for facilitating all team meetings and ceremonies using the SAFe Framework, removing roadblocks, managing dependencies, and working closely with product owners to align on backlog priorities. Key Responsibilities

• Manage dependencies internal and external to the scrum team
• Coach and mentor the team on agile ways of working
• Facilitate all team meetings and ceremonies using the SAFe Framework
• Lead Scrum teams for complex deliveries
• Remove roadblocks and seek support from other teams when necessary

Requirements

• Extensive understanding of agile methodologies, techniques, and frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Certified Scrum Master preferred
• Experience managing multiple scrum teams
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master with dedicated agile teams using Scrum/SAFe
