Workday Hcm/ Recruitment Consultant

The Workday HCM/Recruiting Consultant primarily works with Human Resources Recruiting teams. This role is the functional point of contact between different functional departments and clients/stakeholders. The role will design and implement position management and recruiting in Workday, configure security roles, configure business processes and their associated security policies, and maintain domain security policies. This role also partners with subject matter expert (SME) to ensure data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, and analysis of data flows for process improvement.

What You’ll do:

Participate in the ongoing design, configuration, security, and reporting for Workday HCM/Recruiting and its associated modules.

Build relationships with stakeholders to advance Workday adoption and ease of use.

Research problems and identify opportunities and seek opinions, propose best practices and feedback on suggested solutions.

Translate business requirements into system requirements.

Work with the client to provide strategic consulting.

Hands on system configuration.

Provide end-user trainings, and escalation management.

Take lead/ownership of deliverables, work with the client to bring it to closure.

Work with application owners to create and deliver system training.

Required Experience/Qualifications:

5+ years of HCM and Recruiting Implementation Experience.

Solid understanding on Workday Position Management and Recruiting.

Workday certification is preferred.

Ability to work with multiple projects and stakeholders.

Experience in translating business requirements into system requirements.

Strong oral and written communications skills.

Great organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and communicate and work productively as part of multiple fully remote teams.

Rate: $100 to $120.

Duration: 6+ Months.
